规划以宝剑为母题拓展至仙侠国漫IP,融入山水格局,结合数字光影技术,力图打造中国当代仙侠国漫文艺复兴地,浙南工匠研学心灵度假目的地。立足于“匠心秀场,极致仙境”的策划定位,规划打造“文化焕新新地标”、“MICE会议配套”、“数字游牧部落”三大板块,布局龙泉文化中心、仙侠国漫主题酒店、多功能MICE会议中心、数字部落24H娱乐中心等重点产品。同时,基于龙泉既有历史文化本底,延续鱼骨状的城市肌理,并在场地中保留活化了三座历史建筑。三江口片区规划立足现有场地资源,引入潮流文化概念,共同构建了具有龙泉地方特色的三江十景画卷。
The plan is to expand the theme of the sword to the Xianxia National Comic IP, integrate it into the landscape pattern, and combine digital light and shadow technology to create a contemporary Chinese Xianxia National Comic Renaissance destination and a spiritual vacation destination for craftsmen in southern Zhejiang. Based on the planning positioning of “Craftsmanship Showground, Ultimate Wonderland”, we plan to create three major sections: “Cultural Revitalization New Landmark”, “MICE Conference Supporting”, and “Digital Nomad Tribe”, and lay out key products such as Longquan Cultural Center, Xianxia National Comic Theme Hotel, Multi functional MICE Conference Center, and Digital Tribe 24-hour Entertainment Center. At the same time, based on the existing historical and cultural background of Longquan, the fishbone shaped urban texture is continued, and three historical buildings are preserved and revitalized in the site. The planning of the Sanjiangkou area is based on existing site resources, introducing the concept of trendy culture, and jointly constructing a painting of the Ten Scenic Spots of Sanjiangkou with local characteristics of Longquan.
