项目位于沪杭2小时通勤圈内，下辖新兴港/港胡/光明/大洋4个村庄。基于湖州市和旧馆镇的上位规划分析，本方案提出“一轴串三核，一环连三区”的规划结构:一轴为新兴港河景观轴;三核为入村门户核心、港廊古村核心以及共富中心核心；三区为义家漾景观休闲区、万亩农业观光区和大漾生态保护区。核心景区注重水乡文化体验，外围大旅游环线则注重田园观光体验。结合场地特质和招商可能，具体策划3大门类、5大业态、25个项目。其中，入村门户板块以未来乡村展示和农业科创培训为主;一河两岸以旅游餐饮和民宿为主;共富板块以文化创意和零售商业为主。
The project is located within the 2-hour commuting circle between Shanghai and Hangzhou, and includes four villages: Xinxing Port, Ganghu, Guangming, and Dayang. Based on the upper level planning analysis of Huzhou City and Jiuguan Town, this plan proposes a planning structure of “one axis connecting three cores, one ring connecting three zones”: the first axis is the Xinxing Port River landscape axis; The three cores are the core of the entrance to the village, the core of the harbor corridor ancient village, and the core of the shared prosperity center; The three areas are Yijiayang Landscape Leisure Area, Wanmu Agricultural Tourism Area, and Dayang Ecological Protection Area. The core scenic area focuses on the experience of water town culture, while the peripheral tourism loop emphasizes the experience of rural sightseeing. Based on the characteristics of the venue and the possibility of attracting investment, we planned specifically for 3 major categories, 5 major business formats, and 25 projects. The entrance section of the village mainly focuses on showcasing future rural areas and agricultural science and technology innovation training; On both sides of the river, tourism, catering, and homestays are the main attractions; The Gongfu sector focuses on cultural creativity and retail commerce.
