位于绍兴市南部的鉴湖街道，基地周边景观文化资源丰富，与城区关系紧密，对外交通便利。整个入口台地区域处于非永久农田区域。竹林前方是活动中心，这里对游客开放参观，同时考虑承接大型公司的团建会议。景观区山地坡度较陡，通过回旋曲折的台阶，将人们逐渐带向山顶，山顶俱乐部使之成为观景的绝佳区域，俯瞰整个城市。
Jianhu Street, located in the southern part of Shaoxing City, is surrounded by rich landscape and cultural resources, closely related to the urban area, and has convenient external transportation. The entire entrance terrace area is located in a non permanent farmland area. In front of the bamboo forest is the activity center, which is open to visitors and can also be considered hosting team-building conferences for large companies. The mountain slope in the scenic area is steep, and people are gradually led to the mountain top through winding steps.
