基地位于嘉兴市南湖区，紧临高铁新城片区及科技城片区，是东部双城的重要连接节点，能级提升明显。规划将其定位为“长三角高品质商旅服务节点”、“环上海地区国际田园生态城”、“浓缩嘉兴特色的旅游目的地”、“高铁片区未来+智慧全龄社区”。规划提出六大设计特色：当代江南创意核心、世合大道魅力轴线、3.8KM生活超级跑道、海绵线性湿地廊道、网格景观生活社区、创新农业田园基底。规划结构强调分形城市理念，突出方案的系统性和自相似性，构建“1+5：万科资源+多特色”产品体系，形成“一轴一核，一环六心，四带八组，一圈多簇”的结构，建立“江南风韵、嘉兴风情、时代风尚”的整体风貌特色 。
The site is located in Nanhu District, Jiaxing City, adjacent to the high-speed rail new city area and the science and technology city area, and is an important connecting node between the two eastern cities, with a significant improvement in energy level. The plan positions it as a “high-quality business travel service node in the Yangtze River Delta”, “an international rural ecological city around Shanghai”, “a tourist destination that condenses Jiaxing’s characteristics”, and “the future of high-speed rail area+smart all age community”. The plan proposes six design features: contemporary Jiangnan creative core, charming axis of Shihe Avenue, 3.8KM living super track, sponge linear wetland corridor, grid landscape living community, and innovative agricultural and pastoral foundation. The planning structure emphasizes the fractal city concept, highlights the systematicity and self similarity of the plan, constructs a “1+5: Vanke resources+multiple characteristics” product system, forms a structure of “one axis and one core, one ring and six hearts, four belts and eight groups, one circle and multiple clusters”, and establishes the overall style and characteristics of “Jiangnan style, Jiaxing style, and era style”.
