We hope that in the future, the B-03 plot in Xiong’an Launch Zone will be a destination that truly attracts high-end high-tech industries and scientific research. Therefore, we raise the fundamental question of “how can knowledge be better generated and disseminated. The answer to this question includes two aspects: “deep thinking” and “random sharing”. Our concept “Technology Headquarters 2.0: Knowledge Hub” (HQ2.0: Knowledge Hub) aims to provide a strong response to this theme. On the one hand, we trace back to the layout regulations of traditional Chinese academies and the layout of modern and contemporary technology headquarters, consciously creating more “deep thinking” spaces through courtyard or similar enclosed forms; On the other hand, relying on linear space and elastic distribution of LAB devices to trigger connections between different groups of people (including employees from different departments of the enterprise, enterprise employees and public visitors, enterprise employees and community residents) increases the possibility of “random sharing”. We also considered the possibility of four typical high-tech enterprises of different scales landing on the B-03 plot, and made overall arrangements for their layout in the four plots based on their own needs and interrelationships.
