“共生合城”代表了一种全新的城市模式:自然、传统、创新和未来一起交汇共生。三江新城被设想为一个多中心、混合、有弹性和包容性的城市，这里充满了绿色、多样化和令人兴奋的城市环境。鉴于现有的城市结构、生活社区，具有价值的城市资源至关重要，例如山脉、河流、文化遗址、台州学院和高铁站等面向未来的城市节点。规划优先保护城市既有资源，设置缓冲空间，并将其余区域作为城市新区的核心开发区域。在这些开发区域中，我们战略性地规划多个不同类型的城市中心，并将新旧城市资源相结合，共同形成一系列城市15分钟生活圈。在这样的规划模式下，我们最终创造了一个具有多元品质的多中心城市，培育了未来混合城市(共生合城)的发展新模式。
The concept of “symbiotic city” represents a new urban model where nature, tradition, innovation, and the future intersect and coexist. Sanjiang New City is envisioned as a multi center, mixed, resilient, and inclusive city, filled with green, diverse, and exciting urban environments. Given the existing urban structure and living communities, valuable urban resources are crucial, such as mountains, rivers, cultural relics, Taizhou University, and high-speed railway stations, which are future oriented urban nodes. The plan prioritizes the protection of existing urban resources, sets buffer spaces, and makes the remaining areas the core development areas of the new urban area. In these development areas, we strategically plan multiple different types of urban centers and combine new and old urban resources to jointly form a 15 minute living circle in a series of cities. Under this planning model, we have ultimately created a multi center city with diverse qualities, cultivating a new development model for future hybrid cities (symbiotic cities).
