项目位于成都/重庆/昆明/贵阳四个中国知名旅游目的地的地理中心位置，下辖书楼镇、中都镇、龙华镇、夏溪乡、屏山镇五个乡镇。基于对屏山县上位规划的分析，本方案提出可引流成渝旅游环线上的游客资源，强化屏山旅游资源之间融合联系，包含区域道路衔接、文化共情、山水共生和产业共建，规划五个主要策略：1.金沙江水路作为旅游度假主通道；2.书楼片区打造野奢度假主题驱动；3.龙华片区发展将茶庄产业与旅游孵化产业相结合；4.夏溪中都片区，构建陆路大环线串联营地群落及特色村庄；5.以五指湖片区为标杆优化屏山城市功能。
The project is located in the geographical center of four well-known tourist destinations in China, namely Chengdu, Chongqing, Kunming, and Guiyang. It includes five townships: Shulou Town, Zhongdu Town, Longhua Town, Xiaxi Town, and Pingshan Town. Based on the analysis of the upper level planning of Pingshan County, this plan proposes to divert tourist resources along the Chengdu Chongqing tourism loop, strengthen the integration and connection between Pingshan tourism resources, including regional road connection, cultural empathy, mountain water symbiosis, and industrial co-construction. Five main strategies are planned: 1. Using Jinsha River waterway as the main channel for tourism and vacation; 2. Creating a theme driven wild luxury vacation in the bookstore area; 3. The development of Longhua area will combine the tea plantation industry with the tourism incubation industry; 4. Construct a land loop connecting campsite communities and characteristic villages in the Xiaxi Zhongdu area; 5. Optimize the urban functions of Pingshan based on the Wuzhihu area as a benchmark.
