基地位于宁波市北仑区，北至嵩山路，南至明州路，东至太河路，西至新大路。项目定位为彰显北仑海派形象的潮玩乐活社区和国潮文化街区，围绕陈逸飞故居建筑群布局文化创意业态，通过商业业态策划和交通慢行动线优化，力图打造北仑区乃至整个宁波的城市更新标杆。同时，空间策略强调产品设施、开放空间及慢行系统的网格化，使访客在不规则的场地中仍有较好的方向性和序列感，极大提升了滨水绿地的可达性和体验度。
The site is located in Beilun District, Ningbo City, with Songshan Road to the north, Mingzhou Road to the south, Taihe Road to the east, and Xinda Road to the west. The project is positioned as a Chaoyuehuo Community and China-Chic Cultural Block that highlight the image of Beilun’s style. It will layout cultural and creative formats around the buildings of Chen Yifei’s former residence, and strive to create a benchmark for urban renewal in Beilun District and even the whole of Ningbo through commercial format planning and traffic slow action line optimization. At the same time, the spatial strategy emphasizes the gridding of product facilities, open spaces, and slow-moving systems, allowing visitors to have a good sense of direction and sequence in irregular venues, greatly improving the accessibility and experience of waterfront green spaces.
