河南郑州航空港地处郑港汴许郑州都市圈核心引擎区。规划以“快港慢城”为设计理念，从区域协同、21城空间适配、临空特色、弹性规划四个议题出发，构建1套弹性生态底盘，打造4个即时流动港，深耕 N个情景机遇城。而在未来城详细城市设计层面，考虑将数字港南移沿河布局，结合已规划 CBD核心，形成东西向“一港三岛”T字轴带，更好地联系大学城。城市设计力图体现航空城市“流动性”的空间组织模式：使人流、产品流、信息流、知识流以及资本流快速聚集和分散。
Henan Zhengzhou Airport is located in the core engine area of the Zhengzhou metropolitan area in Bianxu, Zhengzhou. The planning is based on the design concept of “fast port and slow city”, starting from four topics: regional coordination, 21 city spatial adaptation, air features, and flexible planning, to construct 1 set of flexible ecological chassis, create 4 real-time mobile ports, and deeply cultivate N scenario opportunity cities. At the level of detailed urban design in the future city, it is considered to move the digital port southward along the river layout, combined with the planned CBD core, to form an east-west “one port and three islands” T-shaped axis belt, better connecting the university city. The urban design aims to reflect the spatial organization mode of “fluidity” in aviation cities: to quickly gather and disperse people, product, information, knowledge, and capital flows.
