URBANPLUS focuses on researching and analysing urban issues, using urban design (comprehensive planning/architecture/landscape) as the main solution, while horizontally linking digital technology/industrial planning/development operations/consumer fashion, vertically connecting regional policy/upper-level planning to the of implementation and development underlying logic. Since the establishment in China, URBANPLUS (SHANGHAI) has achieved milestone development, highly recognised by government departments, development zone management committees and first-tier property companies, especially accumulating rich planning and design experience in urban Renewal/Industrial Parks/Cultural Tourism and Recreation/TOD Oriented Development. The design practice has advanced into major provinces and cities in China, and has completed multiple influential urban design projects, including the First Prize in Urban Planning of the Saltworks of Zhujiajian Island North Station in Zhoushan, Comprehensive Development of Shanghai Changxing Island Metro Station, International Proposal Competition for the Development Planning and Core Area Urban Design of the Ningbo Southern Hub, Quzhou City Core Circle Conceptual Planning,「Beyond YUE「Jianhu Revival Shaoxing Jianhu Planning and Design Competition, Southern SIchuan Bamboo Resort Core Area Concept Planning.
