12月13日-16日，第十三届中国风景园林教育大会在浙江农林大学（东湖校区）成功举办。本次会议以“凝心聚力，砥砺奋进”为主题，由中国风景园林学会教育工作委员会、全国风景园林专业学位研究生教育指导委员会联合主办。包含1场主旨报告、4大主题论坛、10个分论坛。中国工程院院士、同济大学教授吴志强，中国风景园林学会监事长、华中农业大学党委书记高翅教授，中国风景园林学会教育工作委员会副主任委员、福建农林大学校长兰思仁教授，中国风景园林学会教育工作委员会委员、北京建筑大学校长张大玉教授，中国风景园林学会副理事长、教育工作委员会主任委员、北京林业大学副校长李雄教授等100多名来自风景园林领域高等学校、科研机构和企事业单位的专家学者应邀作学术报告。URBANPLUS（城伽上海）受邀出席此次会议，并在“浙江农林大学园林教育四十年主题论坛”发表精彩报告。
The 13th China Landscape Architecture Education Conference was successfully held at Zhejiang Agriculture and Forestry University (Donghu Campus) from December 13th to 16th. The conference, with the theme of “Unity, Forge Ahead”, is jointly organized by the Education Working Committee of the Chinese Society of Landscape Architecture and the National Guidance Committee for Graduate Education in Landscape Architecture. Includes 1 keynote speech, 4 main theme forums, and 10 sub forums. Wu Zhiqiang, an academician of the CAE Member and a professor of Tongji University, Professor Gao Yi, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of the Chinese Society of Landscape Architecture and Secretary of the Party Committee of Huazhong Agricultural University, Professor Lan Siren, Vice Chairman of the Education Work Committee of the Chinese Society of Landscape Architecture and the President of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University, Professor Zhang Dayu, member of the Education Work Committee of the Chinese Society of Landscape Architecture and the President of Beijing Jianzhu University, Professor Li Xiong, Vice Chairman of the Education Work Committee of the Chinese Society of Landscape Architecture and Vice President of Beijing Forestry University, and more than 100 experts and scholars from institutions of higher learning, scientific research institutions, enterprises and institutions in the field of landscape architecture were invited to deliver academic reports. URBANPLUS (Shanghai) was invited to attend the conference and delivered a wonderful report at the “Zhejiang Agriculture and Forestry University Landscape Education 40 Year Theme Forum”.

主题报告
12月15日上午，URBANPLUS（城伽上海）总经理陈枫先生在分论坛发表以《城市设计中的景观策略：战略构建VS缝合填空》为主题的报告。报告从更广阔的区域尺度视角出发，回溯以景观为主导的城市设计思想历史，探讨了城市设计中景观策略的两种范式，即“战略构建和缝合填空”，在当下中国城镇化发展进程中的具体应用可能及其现实意义。陈枫先生同时介绍了公司在过去四年中，以这两种范式主导的部分城市设计实践。
On the morning of December 15th, Mr. Chen Feng, General Manager of URBANPLUS (Shanghai), delivered a report on the theme of “Landscape Strategy in Urban Design: Strategic Construction vs. Stitching Fill in the Blanks” at a sub forum. The report starts from a broader regional scale perspective, tracing the history of landscape dominated urban design ideas and exploring two paradigms of landscape strategies in urban design, namely “strategic construction and stitching fill in the blank”, and their specific applications and practical significance in the current process of urbanization development in China. Mr. Chen Feng also introduced some urban design practices that the company has led with these two paradigms in the past four years.

报告提出以景观作为战略构建的城市设计往往是主动发生的，是自上而下的。在实践过程中，我们从空间和时间两个维度出发，在空间上以城市本底和肌理为基础，构建城市景观轴线、中心和节点；在时间上，考虑渐进的城市更新过程，适当的为城市设置一些临时的、弹性的城市开放空间。
The report suggests that urban design based on landscape as a strategic construction is often proactive and top-down. In the practical process, we start from the dimensions of space and time, and construct the urban landscape axis, center, and nodes based on the urban background and texture in space; In terms of time, consider the gradual process of urban renewal and appropriately set up some temporary and flexible urban open spaces for the city.
相反，以缝合填空为主导的城市设计则往往是被动完成的，是自下而上的。基于城市更新迭代和空间功能、使用需求发生转变的现实，我们通过缝合和填空两种不同的策略，利用景观空间的“跨越尺度”和“非标适应”的特点，整合城市空间。一方面有机联系不同尺度的城市功能板块，使其发生互动；另一方面填充战略留白地带，集约使用土地，以应对未来不确定的发展需求。
On the contrary, urban design dominated by stitching and filling in the blanks is often completed passively, from bottom to top. Based on the reality of urban renewal iteration and changes in spatial functions and usage needs, we integrate urban space through two different strategies: stitching and filling in the gaps, utilizing the characteristics of landscape space’s “cross scale” and “non-standard adaptation”. On the one hand, it organically connects urban functional blocks of different scales, enabling them to interact with each other; On the other hand, filling strategic gaps and intensively using land to meet uncertain future development needs.

近年来，URBANPLUS（城伽上海）在以上两种范式的引领下，不断创新突破，将国际视野与中国城市现实需求相结合，进行了大量规划设计实践，积累了丰富的经验，项目涉及滨水景观/文旅康养/城市更新/TOD导向开发等多个方面，深入中国主要省份和城市。报告以其中四个典型项目为例，阐述了URBANPLUS（城伽上海）将理论与实践相结合的设计尝试。
In recent years, URBANPLUS has continuously innovated and broken through under the guidance of the above two paradigms, combining international perspectives with the practical needs of Chinese cities, conducting a large number of planning and design practices, accumulating rich experience, and projects involving waterfront landscapes, cultural tourism and health preservation, urban renewal, TOD oriented development, and other aspects, deeply penetrating major provinces and cities in China. The report takes four typical projects as examples to illustrate URBANPLUS’s design attempt to combine theory with practice.
