基地位于临空区北翼产业板块。全球数字贸易创新港的规划将进一步放大“综保+自贸+临空经济示范区+跨境电商综试区+机场枢纽”四区一枢纽着加优势，实现交往集聚和联动赋能的双重使命。方案需发挥基地机场引流、会展聚势、门户印象及依山临水四大特色优势，对标国际优秀案例，提出“机场引流”、“会展聚势”、“门户印象”、“依山临水”四项核心规划策略。以面向消费者的“数贸+会展”、“数贸+文化”、“数贸+低空经济”等为主导，与临空经济示范区其他4个园区实现差异化，建设具有杭州特色的全链生态赋能区和数字消费活力区。
The site is located in the industrial sector of the northern wing of the airport area. The planning of the Global Digital Trade Innovation Port will further amplify the advantages of the four zones and one hub of “comprehensive protection+free trade+airport economic demonstration zone+cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zone+airport hub”, achieving the dual mission of communication aggregation and linkage empowerment. The plan needs to leverage the four major advantages of the base airport in terms of traffic diversion, exhibition gathering, gateway impression, and proximity to mountains and waters, benchmark against international excellent cases, and propose four core planning strategies: “airport traffic diversion”, “exhibition gathering”, “gateway impression”, and “proximity to mountains and waters”. Led by consumer oriented strategies such as “digital trade+exhibition”, “digital trade+culture”, and “digital trade+low altitude economy”, we aim to differentiate from the other four parks in the airport economy demonstration zone and build a full chain ecological empowerment zone and digital consumption vitality zone with Hangzhou characteristics.
