项目汲取全球案例经验,以国际视野和前瞻理念确立“世界菌菇中心”的空间发展结构,确定产业园区的发展方向,并结合空间实现产业(产品)的有机落位。通过城市设计手法,对5.4km²和1.08km²两个规划层级的空间形态进行引导,并充分彰显古田地域和食用菌产业特色,打造“产业服务展示轴”、“科研创新转化轴”、“一二三产融合环线”,形成博览会展核心、产业服务核心、科研创新核心,并在确立总体功能组团的基础上,细分食用菌产业门类,形成“服务轴带+特色园区+生产单元”的空间布局。
The project draws on global case experience, establishes the spatial development structure of the “World Mushroom Center” with an international perspective and forward-looking concept, determines the development direction of the industrial park, and combines space to achieve the organic positioning of industries (products). By using urban design techniques, the spatial forms of the 5.4km ² and 1.08km ² planning levels are guided, and the characteristics of Gutian region and edible mushroom industry are fully demonstrated. The “Industry Service Exhibition Axis”, “Scientific Research and Innovation Transformation Axis”, and “Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary Industry Integration Loop” are created to form the core of the Exhibition, the core of industrial services, and the core of scientific research and innovation. On the basis of establishing the overall functional group, the edible mushroom industry categories are subdivided to form a spatial layout of “Service Axis Belt+Characteristic Park+Production Unit”.
