嘉定是上海重要的汽车产业中心，而安亭镇则定位为 “世界级汽车产业中心核心功能区”。基于基地古老人文渡口与产学功能毗邻的区域背景，试图为安亭带来崭新发展机遇。在对项目痛点做出总结与梳理后，将“片区公共服务体系和城市人文关怀”设定为本次项目最关键的规划策略。规划提出了“古韵水街巷，生活新主场”的主题定位，力图打造“潮玩乐活游逛打卡胜地”、“黄渡精神传承风尚地标”、“诗意水岸便捷栖居单元”、“嘉定超级开放水岸社区”四大未来愿景，通过全线贯通的开放滨水岸线，形成连续的游逛路径，将社区/商业/文化/景观进行有机串联。
Jiading is an important automotive industry center in Shanghai, while Anting Town is positioned as a “world-class automotive industry center core functional area”. Based on the regional background of the ancient cultural ferry and the adjacent industrial and educational functions of the base, we attempt to bring new development opportunities to Anting. After summarizing and sorting out the pain points of the project, the “district public service system and urban humanistic care” will be set as the most critical planning strategy for this project. The plan proposes the theme positioning of “Ancient Charm Water Streets and Alleys, New Home of Life”, aiming to create four future visions: “Trendy Play and Leisure Check in Destination”, “Huangdu Spirit Inheritance Fashion Landmark”, “Poetic Waterfront Convenient Living Unit”, and “Jiading Super Open Waterfront Community”. Through the fully connected open waterfront line, a continuous sightseeing path is formed, organically connecting the community/commerce/culture/landscape.
