基地位于南北湖景区东入口方家湾，属于名胜风景区一级保护区，是整个景区游览序列中的重要节点和住宿接待组团。项目从酒店功能研究出发，筛选与项目能级属性契合的功能产品，并结合场地进行整体布局，提出多个规划策略。规划突破基地边界，山上布局民宿产品，打造清晰完整的人车分流系统，且通过景观屏蔽彼此的干扰，动线兼顾各种场景。以折线屋顶的形象进行旧宅改造，形成新旧建筑之间的对话，契合水波与山峦，演奏山与湖的和谐，串联三大服务空间。
The site is located in Fangjiawan, the east entrance of Nanbei Lake Scenic Area, and belongs to the first-class protected area of the scenic spot. It is an important node and accommodation reception group in the entire tourism sequence of the scenic spot. Starting from the study of hotel functions, the project selects functional products that match the project’s level attributes, and combines them with the overall layout of the site to propose multiple planning strategies. The plan breaks through the boundaries of the site, laying out homestay products on the mountain, creating a clear and complete pedestrian and vehicle separation system, and shielding each other’s interference through landscape, taking into account various scenarios in the flow line. It transforms the old house with the image of a folded roof, creates a dialogue between the old and new buildings, blends water waves and mountains, plays the harmony between mountains and lakes, and connects the three major service spaces.
