2022年6月23日，「超 · 越｜鉴湖新盛景」绍兴鉴湖概念规划与方案设计国际竞赛预审会在绍兴市柯桥区君澜 · 鉴湖大酒店嘉会厅成功举办。经过专家评审长达6个小时的仔细审阅、讨论及慎重评选，包括城伽（上海）规划建筑设计咨询有限公司等6家参赛单位从89家国际顶尖规划设计单位、事务所，以及11位个人设计师所提交的共计46份有效报名文件中脱颖而出，入围本次竞赛的概念规划与方案设计正式编制阶段。
On June 23, 2022, the preliminary review of the Shaoxing Jianhu Conceptual Planning and Scheme Design International Competition for “Beyond Yue | Jianhu New Scenery” was successfully held at the Jiahui Hall of Junlan Jianhu Hotel in Keqiao District, Shaoxing City. After 6 hours of careful review, discussion, and careful selection by experts, 6 participating units including URBANPLUS (Shanghai) Planning and Architectural Design Consulting Co., Ltd. stood out from a total of 46 valid application documents submitted by 89 international top planning and design units, firms, and 11 individual designers, and were shortlisted for the formal preparation stage of conceptual planning and scheme design in this competition.
预审评委组由7位专家组成，包括2位终审评委代表、3位专家代表及2位政府代表。根据防疫政策的要求，无法来到现场的评委以线上视频会议的方式全程参与了本次预审会。

在预审流程正式开始前，预审评委组对本次竞赛的项目背景、竞赛目标、设计内容及竞赛规则等相关情况进行了全面的了解。预审过程中，评委们遵循预审评审规则，充分审阅所有报名材料，并进行多轮审慎投票和打分；在监督员及公证处的全程监督下，唱票员、统分员对评委的投票和评分结果进行如实记录和仔细统计，最终确定6家入围单位及2家备选单位，名单如下：
