In order to fully implement the strategic deployment requirements of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and the Yibin Municipal Party Committee, the “Two Seas” Demonstration Zone Management Committee focuses on the goal of building a high-quality regional cultural tourism and sports center in Yibin, adheres to the positioning of cultural and tourism development functional areas, benchmarks the creation of national level tourist resorts, the World University Student Games, the World Power Battery Conference, and the Provincial Cultural and Tourism Development Conference, and promotes the integration of ecological, cultural, and tourism development in the southern Sichuan Bamboo Sea at a high level. With the help of international advanced design concepts, it aims to create a tourism resort in the southern Sichuan Bamboo Sea that integrates functions such as vacation, leisure and entertainment, landscape recreation, cultural experience, and health preservation.
经评审委员会对所有应征报名申请单位的简介、类似业绩、项目负责人及主创人员情况、项目负责人及主创人员业绩荣誉和奖项等综合实力评定后，Miralles Tagliabue EMBT, S.L.P.+上海复星爱必侬旅游发展有限公司+URBANPLUS DESIGN与其他4家联合体最终入围。
After the evaluation committee assessed the comprehensive strength of all applicants, including their profiles, similar achievements, project leaders and creators, project leaders and creators’ achievements, honors and awards, Miralles Tagliabue EMBT, S.L.P., Shanghai Fosun Albion Tourism Development Co., Ltd., URBANPLUS DESIGN and four other consortia were ultimately shortlisted.
